By accessing our website, making reservations, ordering food, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

Discovpbms provides the following services:

- Food delivery and takeaway
- Event catering services
- Private dining experiences
- Online ordering and reservation systems
- Customer support and information services
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.
4. Reservations and Bookings
4.1 Reservation Policy
- Reservations are subject to availability and confirmation
- We recommend booking at least 24-48 hours in advance
- Large groups (8+ people) require at least one week advance notice
- Special dietary requirements must be communicated at time of booking
- We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion
4.2 Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be made at least 4 hours before reservation time
- Large groups require 24-48 hours notice for cancellation
- No-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee
- Event catering cancellations may incur charges based on timing and preparation involved
4.3 Punctuality
We hold reservations for 15 minutes past the scheduled time. After this grace period, your table may be released to other guests, and you may need to wait for the next available table.
5. Food Orders and Delivery
5.1 Order Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Ingredient availability
- Kitchen capacity constraints
- Delivery area limitations
- Payment issues
- Incorrect or incomplete information
5.2 Delivery Services
- Delivery is available within our designated service area
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on demand and weather conditions
- Delivery fees apply and will be clearly displayed before order confirmation
- You must be available to receive your order at the specified address
- We are not responsible for orders left unattended at your request
5.3 Food Safety and Quality
We are committed to food safety and quality. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us immediately. We will work to resolve any issues fairly and promptly.
6. Payment Terms
6.1 Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Cash (for dine-in and takeaway)
- Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro)
- Contactless payments
- Bank transfers (for catering invoices)
- Digital payment platforms as available
6.2 Pricing and Taxes
- All prices are listed in Euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT
- Prices are subject to change without notice
- Menu prices may vary between dine-in, takeaway, and delivery services
- Catering quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified
6.3 Refunds and Disputes
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. For payment disputes, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction. We will investigate and resolve disputes fairly according to Dutch consumer protection laws.
7. Customer Obligations
7.1 Respectful Conduct
Customers are expected to:
- Treat staff and other customers with respect and courtesy
- Follow restaurant policies and guidelines
- Comply with health and safety regulations
- Respect the property and premises
- Provide accurate information for reservations and orders
7.2 Prohibited Conduct
The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:
- Disruptive, offensive, or threatening behavior
- Discrimination or harassment of any kind
- Bringing outside food or beverages without permission
- Smoking in non-designated areas
- Excessive intoxication or substance abuse
- Photography or recording of other customers without consent
7.3 Health and Safety
Customers must inform us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions that could pose health risks. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate these needs, but cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 Our Content
All content on our website and materials, including but not limited to:
- Text, graphics, logos, and images
- Menu descriptions and recipes
- Software and website functionality
- Trademarks and service marks
are the property of Discovpbms B.V. or our licensors and are protected by Dutch and international intellectual property laws.
8.2 Limited License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 Service Limitations
To the maximum extent permitted by Dutch law, Discovpbms B.V. shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control
- Actions of third-party delivery services
- Personal injury or property damage not caused by our negligence
9.2 Maximum Liability
Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.
9.3 Force Majeure
We are not liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, strikes, or technical failures.
10. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference.
By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable data protection laws.
11. Termination
11.1 Termination by Us
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without notice, for:
- Breach of these Terms of Service
- Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
- Violation of applicable laws or regulations
- Conduct that damages our reputation or business
11.2 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately. Any outstanding payments remain due, and provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dutch courts.
For consumer transactions, you may also have rights under EU consumer protection directives and the laws of your country of residence.

- We will notify customers of material changes via email or website notice
- Changes will take effect 30 days after notification for existing customers
- Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms

15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the intent of the original provision.

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Discovpbms B.V. regarding your use of our services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals.
